All Prices & configuration - Product prices and configuration are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
New Accounts - Opening Order must be at least $200.00. All new accounts must be prepaid by credit card.

Minimum per style - All items costs $5 & below will be automatically shipped (per color, per style) by 6 pcs (our minimum line) and charged accordingly.

To Place Order - Order can be submitted via fax, email or mail to sales representative or to Corporate office.

Terms of payments - We Accept Amex, Visa, Master and Discover. COD Money order/cashiers check or company check must be pre-approved. Net terms credit application must be submitted to the office via fax, email or mail. Please allow at least 14 days to process the application. Check returned will subject to $20.00 service charge (regardless of any circumstences)

Shipping - Shipping is by UPS. UPS Freight collect request must be pre-approved. Changes and cancellation of orders after the orders are packed and ready to ship will subject to 20% restocking fees.

Claims, Returns and Refusal - All discrepancies and damages must be returned immediately upon receipt of goods. All returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order and RA# must be obtained. Refusal of shipment is subject to a 20% restocking fees and terms of payment will change. Credit for returns will be debited or refunded in the manner it was received.

Back Orders - We do not keep back orders unless requested. All items not shipped will be cancelled automatically.
