Prices & configuration - Product prices and configuration are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

New Accounts - Opening Order must be at least $250.00 for domestic and $1,500 USD for International Customers. All new domestic accounts must be prepaid by credit card. All international customers must pay by wire transfer only and include a $40.00 Fee.

Minimum Order Amount - All orders placed online must be over $100. We do not take phone orders. Please Fax: +1-626-588-2643, or email your orders. There will be a $15 handling fee for any orders under $100.

Minimum per style - All items priced $5.00 & below will be automatically changed (per color, per style) to 6 pcs (our minimum line) and priced accordingly.

Terms of payments - We Accept Amex, Visa, Master and Discover. COD Money order/cashiers check or company check must be pre-approved. Net terms credit application must be submitted to the office via fax, email or mail. Net Terms are automatically charged after the specified time. Please allow at least 14 days to process the application. Check returned will subject to $20.00 service charge (regardless of any circumstances)

International Customers - International customers must place an order of at least $1,000 USD and payment must be done by wire transfer.

Shipping - Shipping is by UPS. UPS Freight collect request must be pre-approved. Changes and cancellation of orders after the orders are packed and ready to ship will subject to 20% restocking fees. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer Drop Shipping. Orders will be shipped with all the in-stock items. 


Claims, Returns and Refusal - Music Legs will only  accept returns for items that were delivered damaged or that were not included in a customer's order at no charge, subject to the following conditions. Unless otherwise specified, all claims for discrepancies or damages must be made within seven (7) days after the items shipped. Close-out items are not subject to return because they are purchased as is at a significant discount. 

Music Legs does not guarantee sales and will not accept returns that are not a result of either discrepancies or damage incurred during manufacturing or shipping. No claims will be accepted on used goods or on goods damaged after their receipt by the customer.

All returns must be authorized in advance, To obtain authorization, contact customer service at (1-888-507-5347). Music legs Sales Representatives are not authorized to approve returns, all items returned without authorization will be shipped back at the customer's expense and will not be credited.  Upon, authorizing a return, Music Legs customer service department will send a UPS return label to ship the items at Music Legs expense. Upon receipt and verification of the return, Music Legs will credit the value of the return towards future orders. All items returned to Music Legs must arrive in original condition and in their original packaging or the returns will be rejected . Goods approved for return must be delivered to Music Legs within 7 days of approval or the return authorization will be voided.
